WorkAm237 helps people find work and helps homes and businesses find trusted local professionals — all in one place. Jobs and local services share one bilingual (EN/FR) app and one account.

What we collect

• Account information: name, email address and/or phone number, city, role (seeker, employer, customer, provider) and language preference.
• Listings and activity: jobs you post, service listings, applications and notes, quote/booking requests, reviews, favourites and reports.
• Payment references: Featured boosts are processed by TranZak (MTN Mobile Money / Orange Money). We receive a payment reference and status — never your MoMo/OM PIN.
• Technical basics: device/app information needed to run and secure the service.

Contact gate

Employer and provider phone numbers and email addresses are never shown in public listings. They are released only to signed-in users through the in-app contact action, so we can reduce spam and abuse.

Verification — honest labels

A "phone verified" label means only that the phone number was confirmed with a code. WorkAm237 does not run background checks and never claims to. Always meet in a safe place, agree prices in advance, and report scams in the app.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information and do not use your data for third-party advertising tracking. We share data with service providers strictly to run WorkAm237 (hosting, TranZak for boost payments) and when required by law.

Your choices

You can delete your account yourself at any time: in the app or on the website, open the Account page and tap Delete account — deletion is immediate. See our account deletion page for exactly what is deleted and what anonymised records are kept. To access or correct your data, email workam237@jerrytech.cm.

Children

WorkAm237 is for users aged 18 and over.

Nous collectons les informations de compte (nom, e-mail et/ou téléphone, ville, rôle, langue), les annonces, candidatures, demandes de devis, avis et signalements, ainsi que les références de paiement des mises en avant traitées par TranZak — jamais votre code PIN. Les numéros et e-mails ne sont jamais publics : ils ne sont communiqués qu'aux utilisateurs connectés via le bouton contact. Le label « téléphone vérifié » signifie uniquement que le numéro a été confirmé — aucune vérification d'antécédents n'est effectuée. Nous ne vendons pas vos données.
